This unique 24/7 referral service is available to all residents of Ocean and Monmouth County, New Jersey. The free “Warm Line” allows community members to call and refer neighbors, friends, and family members for donations or assistance with basic needs. Our goal is to connect individuals in need with resources and support to help them thrive.
Through this service, we link individuals to more than 450 donation sites offering essential items such as clothing, furniture, food, and hygiene products. Additionally, we aim to reduce poverty-related child maltreatment allegations by improving access to community resources.

Our service aims to reduce child welfare reports based on neglect, which make up over 70% of all reports, with more than 80% of neglect cases being poverty-related.
