Bridging Gaps to Secure Young Futures
This unique 24/7 referral service is available to all residents of Ocean and Monmouth County, New Jersey. The free "Warm Line" allows community members to call and refer neighbors, friends, and family members for donations or assistance with basic needs. Our goal is to connect individuals in need with resources and support to help them thrive. Through this service, we link individuals to more than 450 donation sites offering essential items such as clothing, furniture, food, and hygiene products. Additionally, we aim to reduce poverty-related child maltreatment allegations by improving access to community resources.

Young adults at risk of eviction or foreclosure
Who Can Benefit
It helps several groups facing housing challenges, supporting former foster youth who have aged out of the system and struggle to find housing due to a lack of rental history or landlord references.
HSSP also assists young adults at risk of eviction or foreclosure, providing a solution where they can rent available rooms to avoid homelessness.
The program benefits elderly, disabled, and fixed-income residents who can use extra income from renting space while offering affordable housing.
Finally, HSSP supports independent young people who are employed or studying but lack a support system to secure a lease. It provides them with stable housing as they continue their education or careers.
