HR and Organizational Strategy Advisor

Daria LeMay is a advisory board member and strategic advisor to the CLCL Foundation, bringing her extensive experience in leadership, human resources, and organizational development to support the foundation’s mission. As CEO of LTL Management Group, Daria oversees a variety of companies, but her true passion lies in fostering positive change within the community and creating environments where individuals and organizations can thrive.

With a degree in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership, as well as professional certifications in HR (SHRM-CP and PHR), Daria has honed a unique approach to building strong, inclusive teams and empowering people to succeed. Her work in human resources, training, and operational development allows her to offer valuable insight into nonprofit leadership, helping organizations create meaningful impact while prioritizing the well-being of their teams.

Daria is passionate about turning workplaces and communities into spaces where individuals can grow, collaborate, and contribute to shared goals. Her focus on people development, along with her experience in leadership, loss prevention, and operational strategy, enables her to support the CLCL’s Foundation’s work with a compassionate and results-driven approach.

Currently a Licensed Resource Home in Ocean County NJ along with her wife Lauren, Daria is committed to offering a safe and supportive environment for individuals in need including teens and sibling groups.

Whether through mentorship or strategic guidance, Daria is committed to using her skills and experience to help CLCL flourish, positively impacting lives and creating lasting change in the communities they serve.
