Shaqwana Davis is a strategic leader and public-sector professional with extensive experience in financial management, operations, grant and contract administration, and organizational leadership. She currently serves as a Fiscal Director and Division Administrator at the New Jersey Department of Health, where she leads complex financial and operational initiatives and supports programs serving communities throughout New Jersey.
A passionate advocate for strong leadership and organizational growth, Shaqwana is committed to helping organizations build sustainable systems, develop people, and translate their missions into meaningful results. She brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to leadership, with a particular focus on strategic planning and operational effectiveness.
Shaqwana holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a master’s degree in Administration of Justice and Security. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Public Manager candidate, and she is completing her Doctor of Business Administration with a focus on organizational effectiveness and strategic leadership.
