Position Summary:
The Hybrid Intern focuses on outreach, partnership building, and community connection development. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who is comfortable working independently, making calls, organizing databases, and growing CLCL’s community network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of Free Family Fun Nights (active participation required).
- Sort, organize, and maintain clothing donations and inventory at Community Threads.
- Participate in warm line training, learning protocols for supportive listening, referral pathways, and crisis prevention operations.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for the CCC Warm Line during scheduled shifts (after completing warm line training).
- Greet, engage, and assist community members to ensure a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs, donation tracking, and volunteer sign-in protocol.
- Support interns and staff with logistics for community partnerships, special events, and outreach.
- Attend and participate in board meetings, staff meetings, and required trainings.
- Professionally represent CLCL in all community-facing interactions.

Internship Details:
- Commitment: 10–15 hours per week (flexible scheduling, occasional evenings/weekends for events).
- Duration: Semester-based or summer placement (with potential extension).
